Domingo Belen, the general manager, brings more than 20 years of customer service and project management. He runs the part of a job that homeowners actually feel day to day: who is showing up, what morning the material gets dropped, what happens to the schedule when a storm rolls in Wednesday afternoon. A lot of what goes wrong on a job has nothing to do with shingles. It is being left in the dark for a week. Domingo makes sure that does not happen on a VR job.
The team is tied into the Denver area beyond the job site. Domingo has served the Filipino American Community of Colorado for years, rising from board director to public relations director and then president, and VR Contractors partners with the group on cultural and community events. Being local matters on the work side too. Being local also means the company is still here after the storm season ends, and still reachable if something needs a second look.

The office sits on E Cornell Ave in southeast Denver, and the drive out from there is what sets the schedule.

From 6180 E Cornell Ave, most of the metro is inside a half-hour drive. Aurora and Lakewood are close enough that a leak reported in the morning usually gets a call back the same day. Boulder, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs are further out, so the drive is worth factoring in when you ask about timing. Ask and you will get a real date rather than a maybe.
Storm work moves on its own clock. A single hail cell can hammer a few square miles and leave the next neighborhood untouched, so after a bad afternoon the calls arrive in clusters from one part of town. Roofs with water coming in get seen first. Then tarps and temporary repairs, then the full inspection, where we photograph and document everything on the roof so your adjuster is looking at the same evidence we are.
