Mike Burke got his start in the trades as a carpenter. He learned the work with his own hands, one job at a time, and he still runs the company that way. The crew he leads brings more than 100 years of combined construction work between them. Over those years they have seen what Denver weather does to a roof. Hail from Front Range storms, heavy snow load and ice dams in winter, hard UV at our high altitude, and freeze-thaw cycles that crack shingles and open up flashing leaks are all normal jobs for this team.

VR Contractors is licensed and insured, and Mike is a manufacturer-certified roofing installer. Every roof the company puts on comes with a workmanship warranty. Mike started this business because too many homeowners were handed confusing quotes and pushed to sign fast. He wanted to run a company that gives people straight answers and honest options for their home. Domingo Belen, the general manager, backs that up with more than 20 years of customer service and project management, and he keeps every job organized and every phone call clear.

The team is tied into the Denver area beyond the job site. Domingo has served the Filipino American Community of Colorado for years, rising from board director to public relations director and then president, and VR Contractors partners with the group on cultural and community events.
